Q: Tell me about the apartments and amenities available at Evergreen Court?
A: Set on a wooded lot on the east side of Bellevue, the three-story building features a central courtyard and other landscaped areas. Residents rent studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, many with balconies and patios.
Apartments include kitchenettes, private bath, individually controlled heating, generous closets and 24-hour emergency call system.
Residents have access to transportation, planned activities such as dining, beauty and barber salon, library, community computer, activity and recreation rooms, big screen TV and other common spaces and amenities throughout the campus. Cable TV and telephone hookups are available in every apartment home.

Q: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?
A: At Evergreen Court, we offer personal care services which may include assistance with medications, showers, grooming, laundry, ambulation and toileting. We also offer stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. The program features 24-hour staffing, emergency response system, meals, weekly housekeeping and flat linen service. For more information, click here.

Q: What are Evergreen Court’s rates, lease terms and financial arrangements?
A: Both independent living and assisted living apartments are leased on a six-month term, then become month-to-month with the right to cancel anytime with a 20-day notice. A small entrance fee is required for Assisted Living. Evergreen Court has a limited number of Medicaid Assisted Living apartments. Q: Sounds great! How do I sign up?
A: Stop by our information office at 900 124th Avenue NE in Bellevue for a presentation of the community and available apartments. Select yours and make a damage deposit. If for any reason you do not move into Evergreen Court, your deposit will be fully refunded.
