Q: Where is Bellevue, Washington located?
A: Bellevue, Washington is centrally located within a short driving distance of Seattle, Redmond, Kirkland and Mercer Island. Bellevue is located in King County just east of Seattle off HWY 405.

Q: What sort of apartments and amenities are available?
A: The three story building features architecture that represents the best of Bellevue living, and offers several rental apartment floor plans. The community features beautifully landscaped amenities and amazing proximity to services; we are convenient to shopping, religious centers, and medical facilities.
Evergreen Court features studio, one and two bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, private bath, individually controlled heating, generous closets, and 24-hour emergency call system.
All residents will have access to transportation, planned activities and amenities such as dining, beauty and barber salon, library, community computer, activity and recreation rooms, big screen TV and all other common spaces and amenities throughout the campus. Cable TV and telephone hookups are available in every apartment home.

Q: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?
A: Evergreen Court can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, 'round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. Basic services in assisted living include 24-hour staffing, emergency response system, meals, weekly housekeeping and flat linen service. For more information, click here.

Q: Who manages Evergreen Court?

Q: What are Evergreen Court rates, lease terms and financial arrangements?
A: Evergreen Court is strictly a rental retirement community.
Independent Living apartments are leased on a six month term, then become month-to-month with the right to cancel at anytime with a 20 day notice. Assisted Living apartments are leased on a month-to-month basis.
A small entrance fee is required for all Assisted Living residents. Please call 425.455.4333 for a complete presentation of Evergreen Court’s services, amenities, apartments and rates.

Q: Sounds Great! How do I sign up?
A: Simply stop by our information office at 900 124th Ave. NE in Bellevue for a presentation of the community and available units, select your apartment and make a damage deposit. If for any reason you do not move in to Evergreen Court, your deposit will be refunded.
