Q: What are Evergreen Court’s financial programs?
A: All of our Independent
Apartment Homes participate in a program designed to maintain
affordable rental rates. Certain age and income qualifications
apply. These qualifications are verified at the time of
occupancy and on a yearly basis.
Evergreen Court also has 20 Private
Pay Assisted Living Apartment Homes. These apartments have no
income qualifications.
The community also has 15 Medicaid
Approved Apartment Homes. Due to the low inventory, we do not
accept direct Medicaid. There is a 2 year minimum spend down for new Residents. Medicaid
apartments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Current Residents have priority on the
internal wait list for these apartments.

Q: What are Evergreen Court's Age Requirements
?
A: Every resident must be at least 62
and a half years of age by the end of the calendar
year.
Q: What are the initial costs to move into Evergreen
Court ?
A: There are no buy in fees and
the security deposits are very low ranging from $225 -$500. Pet
fees will apply.
Q: What are the lease terms at Evergreen Court
?
A: Lease terms for Independent Living
and Assisted Living are 12 months. Should a resident development a
higher need of care than can be provided by Evergreen Court, they
will be released without penalty as long as proper notice is
given.
